Abstract. The impact of perturbation on performance development in post-conflict periods was investigated by pursuing the complexity associated with the reorganization of Europe after the First World War. Using information about the events that took place after the war, the extension limits of the efficiency patterns were analyzed from a historical perspective. The analytic instrument that was applied followed the behavior of utility functions through the sense offered to the variations correlated with systemic transformation. The reconfiguration trends that are historically recognized for the events after 1918 were followed through the local sensitivity generated by the effects of unpredictability on a medium series of time.
