Marius Eppel, PhD in History (2006). His research areas include modern history, the history of Transylvania, the history of the Orthodox Church, family history, religious anthropology, and cultural anthropology. His most relevant publications are: Politics and Church in Transylvania 1875-1918, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Bern, Bruxelles, New York, Oxford, Vienna: Peter Lang Internationaler Verlag der Wissenschaften, 2012. He is the co-editor of Intermarriage throughout History, Newcastle-upon-Tyne: Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2014.

Bogdan-Petru Maleon, PhD, Assistant Professor at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași and Director of the University Museum. His main fields of interest are ecclesiastical history and ideology, power symbols and rituals in the Byzantine and post-Byzantine space. Besides other works, he authored Clerul de mir din Moldova secolelor XIV-XVI, Iași: Editura Universității “Alexandru Ioan Cuza,” 2007. He co-authored O istorie a Europei de Apus în Evul Mediu. De la Imperiul Roman târziu la marile descoperiri geografice, Iași: Editura Polirom, 2010.

Matei Cazacu, PhD, French historian born in Romania. He is a researcher at Centre National de la Researche Scientifique in France (since 1992) and Assistant Professor at Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientale (INALCO) in Paris. Among his works are România văzută de străini, Bucharest: Editura NOI, Media Print and L`Eglise orientale et l`argent. L`embarrass de la rochesse (co-author), Bucharest: Editions de l`Institut Culturel Roumain, 2008.

Daniel David, PhD, Professor of clinical cognitive sciences at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. He authored numerous works of clinical psychology and psychotherapy, but also of culture and science politics. Among his most important works, we would like to mention Psihologie clinică și psihoterapie: fundamente, Iași: Editura Polirom, 2006. He co-authored Rational and irrational beliefs: Research, theory, and clinical practice, Oxford University Press, 2010.

Daniela Bușă, PhD, scientific researcher at the “Nicolae Iorga” History Institute of Bucharest. She is an author and co-author of many books and articles of modern universal history. Among these are Modificări politico-teritoriale în sud-estul Europei între Congresul de la Berlin și Primul Război Mondial (1878-1914), Bucharest: Editura Paideia, 2003. She is the editor of the series Călători străini despre țările române în secolul al XIX-lea, vol. III-VIII, Bucharest: Editura Academiei Române, 2006–2013.

Paul E. Michelson, PhD, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of History, Huntington University, Huntington IN, U.S.A. Among other works, he authored Romanian Politics, 1859–1871: From Prince Cuza to Prince Carol (Iași: Centre for Romanian Studies, 1998) and numerous articles regarding Romanian historiography.
